Moto X+1 ‘Victara – expected to launch for all four US Carriers

Soon after the Moto E launch, leaks surrounding the Moto X’s successor continue to churn out more alleged details about the unannounced device. The latest in the series claims that the alleged Moto X+1 will be sold by all four mobile carriers in the US: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.

The leak comes from serial tipster @evleaks, who also suggests that the Moto X successor, believed to be dubbed Moto X+1, is codenamed Victara. @evleaks said, “Motorola Moto X+1 goes by codename Victara, and – no surprise here – is slated for sale by all four national carriers.” The phone tipster has not revealed any details about the availability of the Moto X+1.

There’s still no word on what kind of specs we can expect the Moto X+1 to feature, but the rumor mill has suggested that the device will have 25 different back plate options in Moto Maker, including some leather ones.

Motorola has said that the follow-up to the Moto X will be available in late summer, so we may still have another couple of months to wait before the device is officially unveiled. Of course, with the way that the rumor mill works, I wouldn’t be surprised if more details about the Moto X+1 came to light long before then.
